Our Service

We are a direct home buying company. We purchase residential properties for cash directly from owners. We are not licensed real estate agents or brokers, we do not list properties, and no agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or by any communication with us.

Offer Requests

Submitting a request through the Site is an inquiry, not a contract. Any offer we provide is preliminary, made without obligation on your part, and subject to verification of property condition, title, and other due diligence. We may revise or withdraw an offer before a written purchase agreement is signed by both parties. We do not guarantee that we will make an offer on any property. Only a fully executed written purchase agreement creates a binding obligation.

Eligibility

The Site is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older located in the United States.

Consent to Communications
